Gayndah Museum

Gaydah is a major citrus growing area in the North Burnett region of Queensland

The people who run the Gayndah Museum.

The Gayndah Museum is staffed by a dedicated band of volunteers who also work hard to restore and maintain the exhibits.

The Museum receives some financial assistance from the Regional Council but derives most of its income from the entrance fees that visitors pay when they visit the museum.

While many local people contribute their time and efforts to the Museum their endeavours are co-ordinated by a committee. That committee consists of:

  • President: Cynthia Berthelsen

  • Secretary: John Wein -email the secretary

  • Treasurer: Mary McIntyre

Of course we can always do with more help so if you're interested in joining a hard-working team then please call the Museum today.
